We have limited doctors accepting new patients at the moment but we have expanded our walk-in appointments for patients without family doctors at Citrus.
Book an appointment below to address your current medical concerns, and to see availability for new patient appointments. If you do not see any availability for new patient appointments, please check back at a later time or you can sign up to be notified via email when our family doctors are accepting new patients.

All patients are asked to use our online booking portal (Health Myself – Pomelo) to schedule the first intake appointment.

Please note the following regarding new doctor registration:
1) The notification list is NOT a guaranteed spot for a family doctor at Citrus - it is only to notify you when there are additional appointments available to book.
2) You must complete an intake Meet and Greet appointment to be registered with a Citrus doctor. All available appointments are shown online. If you do not see any appointments left, please check back at a later time. 
3) You can unsubscribe from the notification list at anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email.

Common Walk-In Issues

All appointments are in-person and must be pre-booked.

  • Prescription renewals

  • Cough/Cold symptoms

  • Reviewing test results

  • Counseling: birth control (including IUD insertion)

  • Pregnancy care

  • High blood pressure

  • Diabetes/Cholesterol 

  • Work and sport related injuries

  • Wart treatment, STI diagnosis/treatment

  • Skin rashes

  • Flu shots, vaccinations + baby checkups 

  • Cancer screening (ie. pap test)

  • Mental health counseling
