Health Myself Support

We have moved to online booking using the Health Myself-Pomelo portal. You can book directly into your family doctor’s schedule for a date/time that suits you. If your family doctor is not available and you have an urgent issue, you can also book into our urgent After Hours clinic.

I received a link to register for Health Myself

You will be asked to enter a shared secret/pin which is simply the first 4 digits of your health card number. Once you have registered, you will be able to book appointments directly into your doctor’s schedule, or cancel/reschedule appointments.

 

Errors and Trouble Shooting

If you receive any error messages, please contact the clinic by emailing citrusmedicalcentre@gmail.com with a screenshot of the error message, as well as your name, the date, time, and provider you were trying to schedule with. 


If you need to contact technical support, you can click the “Need Help?” button on the bottom right corner of every screen, or you can send an email to support@healthmyself.ca.

Please provide them with

  • Your name

  • Birthday

  • Citrus Medical’s name 

  • An overview of the issue you are having
