​ERRORS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

If you receive any error messages, please contact the clinic through our Contact Form with:

 1) A screenshot of the error message

 2) Your name, the date, time, and provider you were trying to schedule with


If you need to contact technical support, you can click the “Need Help?” button on the bottom right corner of every screen, or you can send an email to support@healthmyself.ca. Please provide them with

  • Your name

  • Birthday

  • Citrus Medical’s name 

  • An overview of the issue you are having

LINK TO REGISTER FOR HEALTH MYSELF

You will be asked to enter a shared secret/pin which is simply the first 4 digits of your health card number. Once you have registered, you will be able to book appointments directly into your doctor’s schedule, or cancel/reschedule appointments.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT

This process takes less than 60 seconds and will allow you to easily see & manage your upcoming appointments. 

 1) Sign in with your required information 

 2) Click “Dashboard” in the top right corner 

 3) Click “Finish Registration”

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT PREFERENCES

​To access or change your online account preferences, login to your account, click your name on the top right corner, and select “My Account”. This will allow you to edit and change any account preferences required!
