Non-OHIP Covered Services
Effective October 6, 2025
Many medical services fall outside of OHIP, including sick notes, insurance forms, work absence forms, certain injections, and prescription renewals without a visit. These are known as Uninsured Services and are the patient’s responsibility. Until now, patients could only pay for uninsured services individually. Our new Block Fee Program lets you cover most of these services with one annual fee — no more worrying about individual charges.

Additional Information Regarding Forms: The exact fee for forms is dependent on the complexity and requirements of the form.
