Precautionary measures at Citrus to help reduce the risk of exposure to Covid-19 include but are not limited to:

Spacing appointments sufficiently apart to support physical distancing of patients

Pre-screening patients for symptoms prior to assigning appointment times

Minimizing staff and patient interactions

Disinfecting exam rooms after each patient visit

Regular disinfection of high-contact surfaces
-
Mandatory mask use for all staff and patients visiting the office

If you are experiencing potential COVID-19 symptoms (such as fever, new or worsening cough, sore throat, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, runny nose, joint aches, etc), please do not attend any in clinic appointments.

Citrus Medical is not equipped to do any COVID-19 testing at this time. If you are having difficulty breathing or are experiencing any other emergency symptoms, please visit an emergency department or call 911 immediately.

Virtual and In-Person Appointments
Patients will now be able to choose whether they would like to have a virtual appointment or an in person appointment.
Phone Appointment:

Please make sure we have your up-to-date phone number.

Make sure to be available for 30 minutes before/after your scheduled appointment time in case the doctor is running early or late.

Make sure you schedule your appointment for a time when you will be in a quiet and private place for the phone call.

The call may come from “Citrus Medical” or from a blocked/private number.

Missed phone appointments may lead to missed appointment fees. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations; otherwise, fees will apply.
