Family Doctor Accepting New Patients in Etobicoke
Dr. Sahil Kalra is currently accepting new family practice patients at Citrus Medical Centre in Etobicoke.
Dr. Sahildeep Kalra is a doctor who has worked in various health systems and brings with him experience of working in India, the Middle East and the UK. He did his medical degree (MBBS) from B.J. Medical College, Pune, India followed by Master of Surgery (Orthopedics) from KEM Hospital Mumbai, India. Following working as an orthopaedic surgeon for a few years in India, Oman and the UK, he did his Family Medicine residency in Yorkshire, England and worked for 3 years in London UK as a GP enjoying working with his patients from babies to the elderly. He works through informed shared decision-making and is passionate about musculoskeletal conditions, preventative medicine, and the full range of family medicine. He speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and can also say hello to you in Marathi and Arabic! Outside of work, Dr Kalra enjoys trying new food places, travelling, hiking, biking, gym and spending time with loved ones.
How To Register with a Family Doctor at Citrus

Only one meet and greet appointment is allowed per patient.

Each family member will require a separate Meet and Greet appointment.

Your doctor will review your medical history, clinic policies, and schedule next steps during this appointment.

You will be asked to sign a roster form that confirms your enrollment with your new family doctor.
Why Can't I See Any Available Appointments?
If the online booking system does not show any available meet and greets, it means all slots are currently full. We kindly ask that you do not call the clinic for additional availability, as our online booking portal is updated in real time.
We recommend checking back in a week for additional slots that may have opened or signing up for email notifications to be alerted when our family doctors are accepting new patients.
Do you have any female physicians accepting new patients?
At this time, Dr. Sahil Kalra is the only family physician accepting new patients at Citrus Medical Centre. He is trained to provide comprehensive family medicine care, including women’s health concerns that fall within the scope of family practice.
Citrus also offers a dedicated Women’s Health Clinic with female physicians for services such as Pap tests, IUDs, contraception counselling, prenatal care, postpartum care, and other women’s health concerns. Depending on the service, patients can be referred to the Women’s Health Clinic or book directly.
If you prefer to wait for a female family physician, you can join our notification list (see sign up button above) to receive an email if a female physician begins accepting new patients at Citrus. Please note that we do not currently have an anticipated timeline for when a female family physician may become available.
