How to schedule an appointment

You cancel/reschedule appointments directly online by simply registering your account! This process takes less than 60 seconds and will allow you to easily manage your upcoming appointments. 

  1. Sign in with your required information 

  2. Click “Dashboard” in the top right corner 

  3. Click “Finish Registration” 

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation requests for family doctor appointments. Without this notice, there will be a $45.20 fee ($40 + HST) that will need to be settled prior to booking further appointments. 

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment with a Citrus specialist?

Contact us at 416-800-6500 ext. 2 with the patient's full name and date of appointment.

Please note that we require a 24 hour notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do will result in a missed medical appointment or late cancellation fee of $140 + HST

Errors and Troubleshooting

Common Errors:

Issue: I'm not able to see my family doctor's schedule

This may be due to your profile not being linked to your family doctor's schedule - this is a setting that only Citrus Medical staff can update for you. If you have been a patient of your family doctor for a while, please contact the clinic directly so we can update your profile settings.


If you have recently had your intake Meet & Greet appointment, it may take up to 3 business days for your account to sync and for you to access your new family doctor's schedule.


Issue: I see this error message: "Your clinic does not currently allow appointments to be booked online. Go back to your dashboard'

Please contact the clinic directly as soon as possible. Your online booking access may have been removed due to outstanding fees, updates from your family doctor, or other pertinent reasons that will require you to contact the clinic.


Issue: I am stuck on a loading screen and unable to proceed with my booking.

This may be an issue with your web browser. Please try with an alternative web browser (Google Chrome vs. Microsoft Edge vs. Safari). If you are still unable to


Issue: I am trying to login, register, or sign up for Online Booking but I am getting an error that my email address has already been used OR already set up with an account.

Please contact Health Myself support by sending an email to support@healthmyself.ca OR by clicking "Need Help?/Besoin d'aide?" from the bottom right of the portal. You will need to ask Health Myself support to remove any potential duplicate accounts.


If you receive any other error messages or continue to experience an issue, please contact the clinic through our Contact Form with:

 1) A screenshot of the error message

 2) Your name, the date, time, and provider you were trying to schedule with

Register for Online Booking

This process takes less than 60 seconds and will allow you to easily see & manage your upcoming appointments. 

 1) Sign in with your required information 

 2) Click “Dashboard” in the top right corner 

 3) Click “Finish Registration” 


You will be asked to enter a shared secret/pin which is simply the first 4 digits of your health card number. Once you have registered, you will be able to book appointments directly into your doctor’s schedule, or cancel/reschedule appointments.

Change Password or Account Preferences

To access or change your online account preferences, login to your account, click your name on the top right corner, and select “My Account”. This will allow you to edit and change any account preferences required!
